OneTec pioneers with event technology
OneTec can safely claim to be the Belgian market leader in event technology. The company has been around for over 20 years now and it was probably on hand at one of the last conferences, corporate events or festivals you attended. It all started with event technology. In that field, OneTec really is a pioneer.
Event Technology
Event website
Sales manager Christian De Decker explains exactly what event technology entails: "Everything starts with an event website, where the potential participant finds practical info, can register and where he may drop a photo. Via e-mail he gets a reminder if needed, later a save the date and so on." The self-registration kiosk at the event recognises the person thanks to the photo he passed on earlier or thanks to a QR code he received.
On site
The name badge, printed on site, can also have a barcode on it. Exhibitors can scan them and later use the data when prospecting. The barcode also serves as an access control at the event itself. This allows you to admit certain participants only to specific workshops or sessions.
Brand Activation
OneTec is also strong in brand activation. Here, feel free to think of games or a photo or video booth, but not in the classic sense of the word. "Interactive, original and innovative are the keywords here. And every animation is 100% tailormade," says De Decker.
IT & AV Rental
Furthermore, OneTec rents laptops, printers, multifunctionals and (very large) screens, also on a short or medium-term basis. Onetec invests heavily in the regular renewal of all IT and AV equipment.

PROJECT OLIVIA

However, it remains a predominantly male sector. We want to change that with Project Olivia, by inspiring women to choose a job on, by or around the water. A goal that we share with many other countries and one which we are eager to cooperate on internationally.
