The shower becomes a sensuous experience

All you need is your smartphone and the hansgrohe home app. With a touch, the app will load your selected scenario into the shower, where you begin via the Play button.

Seven preconfigured shower scenarios for your current mood

hansgrohe is launching RainTunes with seven shower scenarios. Water, video, sound, light, and aroma combine to create a harmonious interplay. RainTunes turns showering into a wellness experience for now and then or a pleasant way to fall asleep. Experience your personal shower pleasure – for the perfect start to the day, a relaxing effect after a hard day’s work, or some soothing recuperation after exercise. To do this, choose one of the preconfigured scenarios, depending on your mood and the time of day. With a tap of your finger, your shower will start the selected experience.

GOOD MORNING. A gentle sunrise accompanies you as you start your day. This refreshing shower programme stimulates your senses, wakes you up and gives you a fresh kick.
BEAUTY. A wellness programme to revitalise your cells. Warm rain caresses your body, a jet of water massages your head, a gentle facial shower pampers you.
VITALITY. In this scenario, you stimulate your whole body. Varied alternating showers activate your defences, stimulate your circulation, metabolism and nervous system.
NAUTRE. Take a mental walk through a beautiful landscape and treat yourself to a forest bath. This shower programme offers you a safe haven to recharge your batteries.
RECOVERY. A soothing fitness partner after your workout. This alternately gentle and intense shower programme helps regenerate your body and mind after exercise.
RELAXATION. Immerse yourself and recharge your batteries. This soothing shower programme can pamper anyone who is short on time but desperately needs balance and slowing down.
GOOD NIGHT. A shower scenario that is like a warm, cosy blanket. Bring the day to a peaceful end and put all your senses in a calm mood. For a restful night's sleep.

RainButtons are mobile control knobs that you can place anywhere in the shower.to control the spray modes, water volume, and temperature. Your wishes are communicated via Bluetooth to a central water unit behind the wall and executed from there. Thus, we have achieved a separation of operation and faucet, allowing you to place the RainButton anywhere in the space you like and providing a completely new ease of use. For example, you can place the “Warm-Up” button outside the shower, next to the sink, or even in your bedroom. Load your selected shower scenarios directly onto the “Play” button in the shower via the hansgrohe home app. Then just press the button and enjoy the multisensory scenario. Rainfinity Digital Showers are compatible with the RainButton system.
With the RainPad, you control your shower via a permanently installed, central control panel. To do so, send your desired shower scenario to the RainPad, also via the hansgrohe home app. Touching the Play icon on the touchscreen will start the shower scenario. Or you can control your daily shower ritual individually: temperature, water volume, and spray mode can be set and changed at any time. The RainPad can be combined with all hansgrohe showers.
You can further enhance the holistic effect of the scenarios with a matching fragrance. RainScent shower tabs come in five different aromas: lavender, pomegranate, bergamot, silver fir, and rosemary/citrus. Whether you want to relax, pamper yourself, or revitalize: The scents are perfectly matched to RainTunes shower programs. Place the tab in the matching case and place it on the shower floor. The case was specially designed for the tabs, is visually coordinated with RainButton, and unfolds the fragrance evenly. Vandersanden's new Pirrouet® factory extracts up to 2280 tons of CO₂ annually

Vandersanden, Europe's largest family-owned brick manufacturing company, has officially opened the first Pirrouet® factory in Lanklaar. It involves an investment of 32.5 million euros. The plant produces 20 million CO₂-negative Pirrouet® facing bricks annually when at maximum capacity. One ton of these bricks absorbs 60 kg of CO₂ during curing, and the entire production process is powered by green energy from the factory’s solar panels and wind turbine. “With the plant, we are making a significant contribution to CO₂ reduction and reinforcing our ambition to operate completely CO₂ neutral by 2050,” said Johan Deburchgrave, CEO of Vandersanden.
